1. MANAGEMENT
-Oversee the preparation of the draft agenda and minutes and distribution prior to the meetings. Assure timely and accurate record-keeping and distribution of minutes of all meetings;
-Coordinate all business-planning efforts at the direction of the Principal with the goal to maximize long-term profitability;
-Be responsible for developing and recommending long-range planning strategies;
-Initiate and recommend administrative policies.
-Be responsible for the development and implementation of all office systems policies and procedures.
-Working with outside vendors or contractors to insure an effective system is maintained;
-Developing a forecast of revenues needed for the maintenance and the upgrade of computer systems, both hardware and software; and
-Manage the office and business premises, including the relationship with Building Administration and contracted services.
-Making recommendations regarding space planning needs and managing the design new, additional or renovation of space;
-Supervising purchasing of supplies and inventory control;
-Managing and/or participating in other facilities management functions.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES
-Manage and direct the human resources of the Organization including recruiting, training, developing compensation and benefits, measuring performance, conducting annual evaluations and disciplining, as necessary. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Provide information and assistance to staff on human resource and work related issues;
-Promote employee wellness through medical benefits, social activities and health awareness;
-Coordinate implementation of safety and security protocols;
-Recommend improvements on existing human resources practices and personnel management policies and procedures;
-The development of, and adherence to the Organization’s professional standards and office culture and practice philosophy.
