• Review all the structural data that has been given to our team.
• Analyze the given information to lessen the discrepancies, and coordinate with the project-in-charge based in japan to resolve any ambiguities when it comes to construction.
• Outsource all the working drawings from plans to details that will fabricate and produce in steel plant based in Japan.
• Trained 3-months in Japan to see their fabrication plant and witness their methodology system of steel. We also had some site visit in Japan.

• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the client’s contract specialization.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Assist the construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Witnessing and sentencing of civil and architectural site inspections within their disciplines.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Attend and participate the weekly QAC meetings.
• Assist the site construction manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Coordinate civil and architectural site inspections with the site subcontractors.
• Issues nonconformance report in the conjunction with the site Construction Manager and
assists in developing corrective actions.
• Ensure that civil and architectural inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
• Coordinates with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
• Monitors the completion of QAC instructions and coordinate their closure.
• Conducts review of inspections during the course of construction activities.
• Generally, maintains and files all records and documents of the assigned project to ensure orderliness and accessibility of data for future use.
• Occasionally functions as trainer to educate other colleagues in the civil and architectural aspects for improvement of work execution.

• Pre-design Development- Produce schematic plan and proposed perspective to be approved by the owner.
• Design Development- Distribute the approved plan to all associated Engineers to incorporate and consider all the technical aspects of the building.
• Contract Documents- Produce all the working drawings which are also included all engineering plans. Analyze and Review the gathered data and coordinate with the engineers to avoid the discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Pre-bid Phase- Meeting with the client, Project Manager, and all the candidate contractors.
- Resolve all the queries from the contractors.
