this is my field of expertise, been more than 6 years of phone related work both online job and in a call center and expert in most Virtual Assistant, outbound calling and customer service task.

I start working homebase in upwork since 2009 and call center for 2years. I do virtual assistant(data entry, research) including tasks such as answering phone calls, outbound sales rep, Email Support, Customer Service Rep, HR of 123virtualstaff.com, researcher and other administrative tasks. Expert in Amazon(listing, CSR), wordpress, Real Estate etc.

I am a graduate of Financial management with experienced of bookkepping software such as quickbooks and right now im studying about Xero. My communication skills is one of my best asset to accomplish my goal to your team/company.
