Organize CV collection process.
Communicate with hiring manager regarding the recruitment process, date and board member.
Arrange interviews and represent HR in the interview board if needed.
Make other communications with candidates and board members as needed.
Check reference, negotiate salary and offer position.
Responsible for maintaining and updating all personnel files of the respective area(s) as per standard.
Providing support to respective Field Offices Area on maintaining personnel files.
Update the Job description and staff information files (HR database).
Coordinate organizational orientation events.
Facilitate CSP and First Day Orientation sessions as required.
Support in organizing BdCO wide trainings/workshops etc.
Ensure that all staff has a copy of policy handbook and understand all sections properly.
Provide clarity on HR policy and procedures to staff as required.

Handling the full and final settlement of the employees (i.e. prepare all statement from Resignation Acceptance to Final Settlement and file closing update status on ERP and colse the file)
