o Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
o Review the markets, identify deficiencies and propose corrective actions.
o Assess the seafood market of the Eastern Europe and Russian Market;
o Provide advice, assistance due changes and factors affecting Eastern Europe and the Russian Seafood market.
o Represent company products or services to potential and existing clients with the aim of making sales and also follows up on referrals and new leads.
o Improve forecast performance of business through thorough understanding of underlying demand assumptions.
o Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
o Manage marketing budgets.
o Attend trade shows, marketing events and seminars.
o Digital marketing.
o Establish good relations with customer, manage customer expectations.
