Career
Description
Cicerone Consulting
Lead Business Consultant
2013/09~
After years of traveling and consulting for businesses across three continents, I've become pretty darn good at troubleshooting and solving any problems small to medium-sized enterprises encounter.
My experiences spans multiple industries, from restaurants (market segmentation & positioning, financial analysis) to bars (interior design) to design (contracts and branding) to utilities (corporate innovation consulting) and more. One job even involved a full business redesign for a restaurant.
I've helped all types of organizations improve their business. Contact me today to see what I can do for your company.
List 25
Researcher & Content Creator
2014/10~
A staff writer for List 25, I have published over 150 articles directed at our audience of 1-2 million readers. Plenty of the articles have been turned into YouTube videos, many receiving over 100,000 views.
I've researched and created content on diverse subjects including psychology, travel, geography, historical accuracy, science, evolution, space and the universe, and pop culture.
Roots of Hope, Inc.
Talent Development/HR Director
2012/11~ 2014/03
My role supported Raices de Esperanza's back-end to provide services to all our teams and help them function more efficiently. Some tasks included: New employee recruitment (from application writing, marketing, pre-screening, and formal interviewing, to offering the position); Managing and reviewing contracts and maintaining legal documents; Developing and coordinating our summer and autumn/spring internship and fellowship programs (from recruitment to setting out their summer task plans).
Under my leadership, the organisation grew by 25% within the first 45 days of my appointment. Primary functions which I decided to focus on were more tedious but necessary, such as updating records, consolidating our lists, and cleaning up the back-end.
Bob Graham Center for Public Service & State of Florida
Market Researcher
2011/11~ 2013/03
I prepared two reports: one on the issues affecting homeless families in Martin County and another on water supply issues in Monroe County (Florida Keys & Key West). Both required in-depth research (online, in the library, field research, interviewing local officials, talking with experts on the phone, and more).
The reports gave the Florida Governor a better idea of the issues affecting local communities and provided suggestions to lessen negative effects.
The Solar Games

2013/10~ 2013/12
The Solar Games is a social impact video game which was looking for ways to monetize to better help its communities in Haiti. I led a team to conduct an industry and market analysis for the company and recommended was to better reach its market.
