Ensure the product quality.
IPQC- In process quality control.
Incoming and outgoing materials sampling, sorting or inspection.
Daily target fill up.
Analysis the all kind of product defect, CPK & DPPM.
Checking and ensuring all kind of lens and glass material defect.
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations while documenting compliance with company and industry standard.
Root cause, reason and analysis for all kind of lens defect and over all product quality.
Schedule making, Daily, weekly & monthly Report submit.
Work load calculation.
Ensuring the workers work efficiency & discipline in the quality section.
SOP(standard operation process) making for the section instrument(Bangla and English version).
Ensuring the shipment in time.
Teaching to new employees and inspector.
Inspection gauge calibration.(Dial gauge and all kind of thickness and curvature gauge)
Understanding all kind of lens drawing.
communicate with (Taiwan and china) quality section management to know update information.
