• Responsible for the business of buyer Pepco, Gemo , Newyorker, Lee Cooper ,Lidl, ZXY & Deltex as a Team Leader.
• Looking after a team of one Four Merchandiser & Three Trainee Merchandiser.
• Worked with orders for Babies ,boys ,girls , Ladies, & Men’s dept.
• Have the ability to take pressure and solve problem in calm way to have smooth environment (capacity of volume handled USD 10-15 million per year)
• Independently representing company during buying meetings .

• Cost negotiation and sourcing suitable supplier for the customers.
• Sourcing & developing accessories from Different region & negotiating prices. Follow up in shipping the raw materials on time to maintain the garment delivery.
• Developing articles in different styling/quality according to meet different customer’s requirement.
• Independent correspondence with customers & makers regarding all sort of problems regarding manufacturing/quality etc. and solve the matter with confidence to support all the customers.
• Liaison with every individuals of the team regarding production to fulfill order requirements
• Attending Inspections after a order goes into production.
• Assisting team members on approving lab dips & all sort of accessories on behalf of the customer as per their needs before it can be used for production.
• Assisting logistic department in respect of shipments
