• Preparing working visa and other necessary documents for new expatriate staff (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc )
• Maintain supplies of stationery, vehicle maintenance, and liaise with building management
• Input Contract sheet data to accounting system (quickbook)
• Input Invoice from vendor to accounting system (quickbook)
• Create Invoice from accounting system (quickbook)
• Making faktur Pajak from efaktur system
• Tax Calculation and Reporting thru e-filling system, such as PPN, PPh23 etc
• Liase with accounting consultant for making Recap Tax which is Related to PPh 23,4(2), and 26
• Preparing permits and other necessary documentation related to office registration and administration (domicile letter, TDP, etc.)
• Develop and maintain procurement process for office operational purposes, such as office equipment
• Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
• To supervise the Messenger and Driver which covers instructed him to do his job, to Distribute Lifenesia and other job
• Input data Annual Leave
• Preparing contract for New employee
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on maintenance of office equipments, eg. Fax machines/copiers/door access system, telephone system, etc.
