- Manage production line, monitor the performance of the processing automation system, coordinate with maintenance team to resolve whilst machine breakdown and write report back to Production Manager.
- Oversee the inventory of raw materials and check the quality of finished products to meet agreed quality and specifications of products and processes as HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Plan, control and optimize resources and staffs to meet production targets and KPIs, report the results of the daily, weekly and monthly MFCA, OEE index.
+ Achievements:
> Utilize labour resources to mark down 1.5 - 2%/shift depend on categories.
> Train and assess the safety and health of employees and environmental plant.
> Explain the regulations, policies of government and company about compensation, health insurance for labours.
- Minimize the production impact to cost, waste and environment management, implement 5S and Kaizen in plant.
+ Achievements:
> Mark the efficient outcome up to 97 - 98%.
> Decline the quantity of waste lower than 3%.
- Coach & develop Production Operators to build the competent team to achieve the Production Department’s goal.
+ Achievements:
> Train 2 production supervisors, 2 team leaders, 5 assistant leaders and internship for senior students.
> Interview directly worker and operator for job vacancies.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and activities of the Production Department.
+ Achievements:
> Co-ordinate with Palsgaard’s experts to apply successfully formula “Cheese Cake” inassembly-line.
> Diminish baking-time of product “Hura Deli” from 8 min to 7 min 30s. The capacity of plant significantly increase from 8.4 tons to 9 tons per day.
> Contract annual time for CIP and cleaning workshop from 14 hours to 8 hours.
> Eliminate the lost time for rotation between two categories of Hura from 10 min to 0 min.
> Decrease the lost time for rotation between three categories of Hura Deli from 15 min to 5 min
