Retrieving prequalification/enquiries, preparation/review of technical and commercial proposals including client clarifications and negotiations
Regulatory Liaison and Project Control – An expert in dealing and relationship building with Regulatory Authorities like DOSH, CIDB, BOMBA, DCA, Local Councils etc. with some reliable contacts.
