• Provide career counseling to alumni and current students covering all areas of the job search process including résumé writing, networking, and self-marketing strategies, in both one-on-one and group settings
• Teach “Career Decision Making Course” covering general intro to Career Readiness
• Lead the Annual Event “Grad School Expo” to introduce grad school programs across the majors
• Work closely with the Alumni Engagement Department to develop career related programs

• Plan and run career related workshops and events such as Speed Networking
• Speak at Freshman Seminars, Junior/Senior Seminars, orientations and mid-semester internship meetings to assist and educate students at all stages of career development
• Supervisor Graduate Assistants and undergraduate interns with counseling and workshop planning
• Implemented a new Skype career chat room: “Career HangOut with Masako”
