Key responsibilities
Be in charge of marketing and sales in domestic trade
o Evaluate sales results of current products, suggesting changes in products, price, distribution and promotion.
o Research market trends, customers’ insights, competitors’ products and chances of new products.
o Build marketing plan for new products including products, price, distributions and promotion
o Update product portfolio and analysing related-factors that affect sales performances
o Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plan to subordinates, including activation, promotion proposals, exchanges and returns
o Fulfil the personnel function, including selecting, supervising and training staff and maintaining favourable work conditions
o Make performance assessment and appraisal of subordinates, in compliance of company’s rules, culture and sales targets

o Leader of marketing team launching successfully new product category - Cau Tre Ready Meal
