Lead and manage the business development department and export activity of the company, developing new pharmaceutical units specialized in soft gelatin capsule, MDI and DPI.
Working to establish pharmaceutical industry in Uzbekistan, Kenya and Nepal and joint venture project with technology transfer and worked closely with the government of Uzbekistan to meet their regulatory requirements.
Outsourcing of unique raw materials and machinery from different country of world.
Preparing business planning for the company specially for upcoming project and products
Establish Bioderma France business unit in Nepal Uzbekistan. Controlling complete business activity (Identifying the demanded products, setting marketing plane, maintaining inventory control.
Visited following countries Uzbekistan, India, Nepal, UAE for development purpose.
