Current Job Description (Currently I am attached with the Board Division):

Special attachment:

• HR Policy up-gradation of NCC Bank Limited.

Regular Attachment:

 Monitoring and checking of all the agendas for sending the same to the Honorable Members of the Board or Committees (Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee) before every meeting.
 Preparation of Minutes of the Board and Committee meetings as and when required in compliance with Bangladesh Bank.
 Doing data analysis while structuring Minutes of the Board and other Committees of the Bank.
 Doing risk analysis while structuring Minutes of the Board and other Committees of the Bank.
 Structuring statement (Funded, Non-funded) according to the Minutes of the Board / EC meetings to comply with Bangladesh Bank’s requirements.
 Sending Board / Committee Minutes to Bangladesh Bank after complying all related issues regarding the matter.
 Sending related portion of the Board / EC Minutes to the concerned Divisions / Departments / Cells / Units and also to the top Management of the Bank on regular intervals.
 Providing excerpts of the Board / EC Minutes to the Management of the Bank and also to the Regulators as and when required.
 Maintaining intra divisions/departments correspondence of the Head Office of the Bank.
 Preparing Board / Committee Memos as and when required.
 Providing assistance to prepare / check Price Sensitive Information and disclosure.
 Providing assistance in giving a final shape in the accumulated compliance issues of the Bank, recommended by the Board / Committee(s).
 Sending reminders to the concerned divisions / departments of Head Office for providing Compliance Report(s) as desired by the Honorable Board and other Committee(s) whenever required.
 Providing various information/Report as per requirement of the Board of Directors, Committees and Management.
 To assist the Company Secretary to conduct all types of meetings.
 To assist the Company Secretary to conduct the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a smooth way.
 Other routine works of the Division as and when required.

HRM:

 Maintaining Branch leave position.
 Maintaining Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of the branch.
 Engaged in Performance Assessment of the resources of the branch.

Trade Finance (Import & Export)

 Composite Credit Proposal formation - Supervision.
 LC formation and corresponding.
 SWIFT correspondence.
 LC amendment providing.
 Acceptance providing.
 Foreign Import documents checking and discrepancies providing.
 FC Accounts supervision and online reporting.
 Online LC reporting.
 LC proposal formation with the landed cost calculation.

Investment:

 Loan File Assessment.
 Composite Credit Proposal formation.
 Financial Statement analysis.
 CRG (Credit Risk Grading) formation.
 Online CIB database maintenance.
 CIB inquiry maintenance.
 Structuring documentation checklist.
 Loan products reporting (weekly, fort-nightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly).

IT:

 Attached as LAN (Local Area Network) Manager of Malibagh branch.
 Troubleshooting of all software and hardware problems of the computers of the branch.
 Maintaining the network (LAN) of the computers of the branch.
