I took over this school from an Australian friend and reopened with a different approach. It used to be a "juku" school and I transformed it in a language school for children and adults. I was responsible for coordinating classes and teachers.
We also created a number of events to stimulate children and adults to learn English, for instance, English day at a pizza restaurant, music events and even a day out scuba diving. I sold the school to a fellow teacher and the school is still doing great in Hamamatsu, Japan.

I run this business with my family. It's a shoe shop. I select the models and create some of them (I have them made especially for my shop). I'm also in charge of hiring employees and setting goals. At the moment we have 3 people working for us.
