VA International provides professional services through our highly-skilled and talented Virtual Assistants In order to supply our clients with high level services, which are company is known for, we continuously recruit and screen candidates to filter only the best.
As a Recruitment Specialist for VA International, I am in charge of pre-screening candidates before they are endorsed for interview with the VA International management team. This includes ensuring that they meet the Minimum Skill Requirements (MSR) and Technical Requirements set by the company. I assist the candidates with their inquiries and concerns, and schedule their interviews accordingly.
I am responsible for ensuring that all the candidates who have inquired or applied with us are properly filtered and screened by maintaining our candidate database and files. This is in line to our commitment with the candidates to give them a fair and objective screening process. This also gives us the chance to share work opportunities with deserving candidates.
Managing our accounts on paid and free job posting sites is also part of my responsibility. I managed all new and existing job postings to improve our market reach. I am also in charge of monitoring the performance of our recruits through these job sites, in order for us to gauge which is the best referral site for us to use.
As a VA in training, I have been trained in Administrative, Customer Support and Online Marketing tasks so I can assist the team with any VA related projects or work.

The extensive experience that I gained as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) for Powerbooks Greenbelt opened up the opportunity to be part of the National Bookstore, Inc. pioneer batch for their Customer Service Group, it's in-house call center which would handle all customer inquiries made through their phone hotline (8888-NBS).
During the time I spent with the Customer Service Group, I assisted in order fulfillment by coordinating with different to check on the status/availability of items and transfer stock, as needed, in order to satisfy the customer needs. This includes following up and updating stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
