1) Installation and Development.
2) Prepare effective program planning implementation & monitoring of all Maintenance
3) Troubleshooting and repair of machines
4) Regular Monitoring of Maintenance activities against target & take corrective measure accordingly
4) Prepare daily, weekly & monthly maintenance Schedule
5) Prepare daily, Weekly & monthly equipment status report for proper operation
6)Requisition required spare parts according to store status.
7) QC of all spare parts which come from local or import.

10) Keeping relationship with clients and suppliers for heavy and light repairs and getting spare parts timely

Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards.

Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.

Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the plant.

Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP's) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.

Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with Good manufacturing practices (GMP's).

Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels, employee performance evaluations, discipline, and employee commendation.

Responsible for the succession planning and development of plant.
