Job Descriptions
• Encoding Factory card numbers, Customer Specification Sheet numbers, name of companies and type of boxes using MS Excel for future references and database updates
• Taking exact measurements of sample boxes sent by certain customers
• Computing for exact measurements to be encoded in the lay-out boxes and will based on palette stacks, box flutes and what printing machines will be used
• Lay-outing/ Creating sample plain and with design boxes, die-cut and sleeve liners
• Strictly following instructions indicated in the customers’ specification sheets and from Officers in Charge
• Proof reading of final CSS before submitting to OIC and supervisors
• Mock-up boxes by printing all the designs into plain white bond papers and putting it all up into plain box to check if the printed designs meet the customers measurements and proper spacing of each designs and texts
• Once approved, putting the whole lay-out into Factory Cards that will be used for production
• Printing and submitting POSITIVE to rubber makers for printing purposes
