Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as recruiting, salary statement review and approval, Admin relations, better Hiring proposal, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.




** Re-collect hiring requirements, assign team-mates, prepare job description, post it online using UpWork/Freelancer.com or PPH.

** Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions [specially system engineers and developers for web services]

** Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.


** Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.


** Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

** Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
