• Monitoring (5 members) team as a Team Leader for Airfreight Operation, Procurement & Carrier management.
• Negotiate rate with different airlines for various commodities & destinations.
• Maintain airlines air way bills stock, fortnight report and bank guarantee.
• Monitor different air lines and vendors payments.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to management in different business purpose.
• Co-ordinate among Global Service Centre teams, different carriers, warehouses, different buyers (Walmart, Target US & AUS, Tesco, Macy’s, K-Mart AUS, H&M, Kiabi etc.) logistics offices and local suppliers as daily business activities.
• Acting as country Super User of FACT project for SAP R/3 smooth handling.
• Business Development activist for major corridors in East, Central and Western Europe as well as USA, Canada, Australia and Nordic regions.
• Work strategically with the global sales team to plan and create sales strategies and activities to increase personal and group profitability.
• Assist in preparation and negotiation of bids, RFQ's & quotations with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Prospect, identify and close leads to increase revenues and company growth.
