I was working in the start-up company before as a program coordinator, which been running for 1,5 years before my entry, and they always been deficit. When I join this start-up company, I created sustainable programs, breaking through the business management of this little company, put some marketing strategies, enhance the networking, partnership and broaden the market. And now they have sustainable programs, new sustainable partners, good Company Branding and wide market which lead to profit. I did this alone and I have no team.
Manage Promotions Program, Designing Program, run the program, evaluate the program, maintaining and creating relations with any stakeholders and institutions, Building Marketing Strategy, enhance Marketing Plan and Team Leader for International event with the government of China and China's Universities
