• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues on Comcast video repair in Atlanta, Chicago and Atlanta, USA thru phone.
• Provide sales support for all Comcast services including Xfinity TV, Phone, Internet and Home Security,
• Work in conjunction with the Supervisor to reach/exceed the client/customer service satisfaction goals of Comcast Video Repair
• Maintain accurate documentation of all actions required to resolve issues in the service ticket support database.
• Document known issues and solutions or in a technical bulletin or solutions database
• Handle complaints within the constraints of company policy.
• Escalates technical issues accordingly as needed.
