Currently working as “Team Leader” with Annik systems &Technology (DMS-India) from June 2014. Job involves- People Management, Project Managing and Structuring, Data Mining, Secondary Research etc.
Key responsibilities
• Currently associated with Worlds’ biggest Software giant Microsoft, heading a team of 30+ FTE’s with 2 Asst. Team Leaders.
• Handling Consulting & Business Research assignments related to a particular topic/sector
• Scripting research & industry reports, preparing presentation materials, best practices manual etc.
• Maintaining of Business Information Database covering key information related to companies
• Tracking of news/alerts related to Technology Sector.
• Instrumental in monitoring and managing workflow ensuring delivery of research products within the time frames to the management
• Acts as escalation point for any customer servicing issues.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with primary contacts at Client teams to ensure satisfactory progress of project work and timely resolution of issues
• Active participation in MBR/QBR with the clients and drive solutioning from strategic standpoint.
• SLA management, analysis on improvement areas and regular tracking of critical operational parameters. Regular service performance reviews, action planning, regular tracking and updates.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the direct reports for assigned project work; review the overall deliverables before it is reviewed by global teams.
• Guiding the team on the project transition, consistency in the process, metrics implementation and establishment of the reporting dashboard.
• Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback. (mid-term reviews)
• Make the team log in as per the floor reporting timings in order to adhere the log in timings
• Maintenance of the quality tracker on daily basis to calculate the team’s performance and percentage by End of the month
• Monthly one-on-ones with the team in order to build and develop the rapport with the reps and also handle their concerns/queries and their challenges so as to make sure the smooth functioning in the team
• Prepare the monthly quality dashboards along with the monthly attendance in order to evaluate the team’s performance at the end of the month.

To gather all licensing information for a particular organization at one instance in a standard format through different tools provided by Microsoft is the main motive of this project.
