Junior Road Design Engineer and Technical Project Coordinator

2013/11～

Technical Responsibilities:
•Detail Design of roads (alignment, profile, typical cross section and detail cross section);
•Traffic sign, signal and pavement marking Design of Interchanges and The Expressway ;
•Geo-technical interpretation report preparation & Geo-technical modeling.
•Embankment design on soft soil with ground improvement & slope stability analysis.
•Supervision of different test both field & Lab Test of soil sample including Standard Penetration Test, Field Vane Shear Test, Dynamic Cone Penetration Test, Permeability Test, Piezometer Test , Shear Strength Test(UU,CU,CD, UCS, Direct Shear Test), Grain size analysis, Moisture content, Atterberg Limit’s Test, Compaction Test etc. and also Test Pit on future Embankment & Existing Pavement, to ensure the best quality of works.
•Different ground improvement suggestion by identifying the soft soil area such as PVD, Sand Pile, Surcharging Loading etc.to stabilize the soft soil to get the expected shearing strength depending on existing soil Layer.
•Detail Drainage design (longitudinal plans and profiles) and Also provide support for Hydrological Analysis .
•Preparation of existing utility layouts including field investigations, review of utility authority drawings and consultation with government and non- government organizations ;
•Traffic forecasting and traffic management;
•Key monitor of topographic surveys & geotechnical investigation and subsoil identification surveys;
•Provision of inputs to monthly progress reports.
•Provide support in the preparation of the project design framework report
•Detail Drainage design (typical cross-section, longitudinal plans and profiles) ;
•Preparation of existing utility layouts including field investigations, review of utility authority drawings and consultation with government and non- government organizations
•Preparation of draft cost analysis for roads and drain;
•Preparation of 2D and 3D animation.
•Supervision of visual pavement condition survey and Benkelman beam surveys
•Preparation of traffic sign and pavement marking design on plan ;
•Supervision of traffic count survey and preparation of traffic study report, traffic forecasting and traffic management;
•Supervision of axle load survey, topographic surveys and LGED road inventory survey;
•Support for geotechnical investigation and subsoil identification surveys;
•Support for environmental baseline survey;
•Support for resettlement and socio-economic impact assessments and preparing of land acquisition plans
•IT support to project team members

Feasibility study of Main Corridor and Diversion Road by using google earth images and detail design of roads: design of horizontal and vertical alignment of the approach road, long- section, cross section, Intersection, flyover alignment and profile, tapper at bridge by using AutoCAD civil3D.
