InPlayer is an ecosystem of software products and services that help owners of video
and other digital content monetize outside advertising. As a Project Manager I was
responsible for the panning, implementing, controlling and evaluating the projects. It
included several requirements such as defining the scope of the project, creating
detailed work plan, determine the resources, develop a schedule for project completion,
executing the project according the project plan, managing with the project resources,
daily communication with clients, providing reports for upper management and clients,
ensuring the project deliverables are on time, QA, evaluate the outcomes, etc.

Service Pro

Software QA

Service Pro is a pest control software company. As a SQA employee my tasks were
ensuring the development of the pest software by testing software issues by concrete
descriptions and in coordination with the developers and business analysts. Other daily
or weekly tasks included surface tests, regression tests, single tasks for software
updates, verifying software bugs, researching different software issues, communication
with developers.
