Reporting to the Director, I am responsible for developing and managing a set of global accounts, as well as ensuring the achievement of sales targets. I joined Win Telecom as an Account Manager, under Large Customer Management team. I was transferred to Global Customer Management & tasked as a Team Leader for a group of Assistant Account Managers (AAM). As the Team Leader, my duties include developing the teams revenue, building customer relationships, strategies & develop solutions, and supervising AAMs development and training.
