A comprehensive online channel to improve customer service efficiency and communications. The portal provides general wholesale customers information on the products & services offered by TM Wholesale division, News & Events, Promotions and submission of enquiries. For registered customers, the portal provides functionality such as customer profile, requests for quotations, confirmation of orders, complaints submission and online reports.

Various workflows has been configured and customized within Sharepoint to carry out tasks such as multiple levels of content approval, new member registration, login account activation, routing of requests of quotation and order confirmation to multiple levels, as well as routing of enquiries, feedback and complaints to different divisions and owners.

This system is also integrated with various backend systems such as Point of Delivery System, Complaint Management System, Customer Service Operations System and Customer Contact & Profile Management System using both Oracle 9/10 and SQL databases.

Phase I also includes the deployment of application which allows the dealers to accept/reject online trades from customers as well as administration module that allows the brokers customer service personnel to view online matched/unmatched trades by clients/dealers, manage clients login account, set limits to trading accounts as well as view clients online registration.

The project is currently in Phase II which includes redesigning of the entire website outlook as well as additional features to upload research files, allow online registration for new clients, online payment and additional reports.
