Perform daily responsibilities to run, maintain, update and keep secure overall Network System and other related software like ERP.
Responsible for the basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer hardware.
Maintain liaison with external service provider or vendor on major system problem.
Configure & maintain Network Printers, CCTV, Access control.
Assist network and System Administration to execute various IT Policies.
Provide training to end-users on relevant IT system when necessary.
ATM Support for Branch people and Client.
Visit different units to support by troubleshoot activities to continuous improvement of IT services.
To perform any other IT related task assigned by the management.
Administrate windows server applications AD, DC, DNS , DHCP
Administrate Linux server application
Maintain and update company website.
