Lab Manager / Referent
2011/08～ 2016/01
I have worked as Lab Manager /Referent and been deployed in various countries where MSF got missions. I have worked mostly in Africa missions where projects are focused on HIV and TB medical interventions. During my missions, it's been my primary duty to oversee the operations of the main laboratories and satellite laboratories that we worked with in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the mission country.
In this regard, it's of my absolute duty as well to ensure proper implementation of the lab quality assurance and management systems. Likewise, handling human resource management was also an essential part of my job as well networking/proper coordination with different partners/stakeholders and key personalities in the government of the mission country.
