• To procure all equipment, spares and services required by the projects.
• To interface with product line planning team to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• To provide logistic support.
• To create requisitions for items, and manage approval process.
• To look for interested suppliers and obtain/negotiate the best deal for the company and maintain good relations with them.
• To ensure wise purchases of goods or services maintaining high quality within budget.
• To maintain liaison between procurement team with the technical and finance department.
• To monitor contracts and vendor performance and consult with vendors and user departments to implement corrective action when required.
• To follow up the inventories of the products supplied to the project site.
• To maintain accurate records of purchases.
