Plans shift target output and yield, aligned with quarterly and annual output plan.
Organizes materials and other resources needed.
Publishes end-of-shift reports that summarizes activities, output and yield progress.
Facilitates daily operations meeting with the operations team - managers and engineers.

Reports directly to Manufacturing Cost Reduction Manager.
Estimates site project costs and risk assessment (Go or No-go).
Monitors progress of engineering projects, reports status to stakeholders and operations team.
Monitors actual vs target manufacturing cost on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepares quarterly manufacturing Cost updates to top executives.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
