I am dedicated and driven professional whose
job roles include:

Troubleshoot issues related to Applications Software, Hardware,
Network, Active Directory, VoIP, Procurement.

*Application Troubleshooting
Perform upgrade, clean reinstallation, registry, reformatting, and system repair.

*Hardware
Perform troubleshooting and replacing parts for desktop and laptop.

*Network
Perform basic task such as troubleshooting for network/internet issues, changing VLAN,
modifying firewall policy/restrictions.

*Active Directory
Perform creation and deletion and unlocking and resetting of user accounts and user passwords.

*VoIP
Perform configuration of VoIP (PBX) account to softphone or hard phone. Troubleshoot issues related to it.

*Procurement
Involves gathering data from the end-user then offer options and solutions thereafter. This also includes coordinating with vendors for RFQs based on the data gathered.

The procurement of technology requirements consists of Software, Desktop, Workstation, Server, Phones and any requested technology of our International Clients.

My aim is to build a long term career in IT and be able to use my skills in the best possible way to achieve the company's goal.

As an IT Engineer, my daily tasks involve working with hardware and software and internet.

Personally, I love reading blogs, browsing social networking sites, and streaming videos. I am always eager to challenge myself, help my friends and colleagues when they are having issues with their internet and anything relative to that. And what will be more exciting if you can be paid by doing what you love?
