o Teach basic English proficiency skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing to Korean, Japanese, Chinese or Taiwanese students who are in the beginner, intermediate or advanced level.
o Teach the basic rules in grammar, pronunciation and the expressions they can use in different situations.
o In the Test Course level, they are taught the skills needed to get high scores in English proficiency tests such as TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking, TOEFL, IELTS and OPIC.

o Reviews customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud.
• Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type.
• Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk to Client.
• Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require differentiated treatment or specialized resolution.
