▪Make laundry staff shift work schedules.
▪Supervise daily operational laundry to ensure operations run according to SOP companies and make weekly report laundry operational
▪Report every problem that found in daily operational to Executive Housekeeper
▪Make monthly report laundry operational include report of linen & terry inventory, linen - terry damage & lost monthly report, monthly chemical stock & uses, laundry machines & linen condition, monthly expenses laundry, monthly energy uses, monthly report guest laundry & in house laundry management staff cost and weight, monthly profit and loss report, make yearly laundry budget & profit target
▪Conduct on work assessment laundry staff per 12 months with Executive Housekeeper and HR Manager to be submitted to Financial Corporate
