I also take charge in the newsletter creation, graphics design and posting of social media accounts making sure that the branding and identity of the business is retained. In my two years of employment, I have increased the social media reach to more than 60,000 networks and have retained the standard KPI’s instilled by the management.

• Responsible for the training and management of Virtual Assistants- Each Virtual Assistant team is composed of Social Media marketers, content writers, SEO specialist and Administrative VA’s. All of which are trained to handle common VA task such as newsletter preparation, social media management, and proper business correspondence.

• Manages the Technical Support Team- team is handling various technical support services for small to medium business enterprise in US and Australia. Originally a part of the Virtual Assistant division but was then separated due to high demand of agents with the specialty.

• Manages the Virtual Assistants Team- Aside from training general virtual assistants and internet marketers, I also manage a team of virtual employees whose task are so varied. Task range from basic Social Media management, blog handling, content writing, even transcription duties.
