Administrative Officer
2013/11~
I started as a Sales Advisor in the Company last March. I was assigned in Region 2 My job was to offer Academic, Professional and Technical Journals and Magazines in school libraries. I was awarded as the top 2 producer for the year for hitting million of sales. I was promoted as Administrative Officer in Manila and i have to handle the preparation of marketing strategies, salaries and wages and to answer to clients queries all over the Philippines. I was given the opportunity to travel to Singapore in expense of the company to meet suppliers of books. As an Administrative Officer i report directly to the chief executive officer. I was responsible for the overall strategy, planning, coordination and management of business affairs of the organization. I was the one responsible for making the payroll for the company. I also manage all internal communication and see to it to develop, implement and maintain all corporate policies and procedures.
