Responsibilities
- Produces high quality Due Diligence reports to companies and individuals from Japan and English-speaking countries to gauge corruption and bribery risks involving English and Japanese research and analysis.
- Review the companies and/or individuals with a focus on allegations of illegal payments, gifts, bribery or other breaches of compliance
- Carries out Watchlist database screening on the subjects of the Due Diligence checks
- Engages with associate and administrative team in Hong Kong, seeking feedback, obtaining updates, managing delivery expectation on the quality of reports
- Remains knowledgeable of regional and industry trends
