Managed the $50M budget with 185 member team to deliver cost effective and quality support as per the business agreement. Work closely by establishing and leverage strong relationship with internal and external service provider groups (ITO, ADS, PTG, and business) to provide the seamless transition and support applications as per customer agreement. Worked with executive leadership, develops, directs and drives key business strategies that provide the highest level of improvement to business processes and benefits to performing organization or customer satisfaction. Managing robust relationships with Business Units, Global Line Functions, India (Chennai & Gurgaon) organizations and GSD Operations teams, understanding the needs of stakeholders to identify potential service opportunities or improvements in support services processes.
