System Analyst

Start Working as System Analyst in ICT team and Acting as an Information System Security (ISS) Specialist in Bangla Trac Communications Ltd and Bangla Trac Limited (BanglaCAT) support to all technical department such as NOC, Billing, and Networking team, Since January 2014 to till now and carrying out the responsibilities of :
• Act as a system analyst, cryptanalyst and perform digital forensics iff any occurrence caused by hacking or cracking.
• Developed policy, standard and guideline for organizational IS-Security, based on Information security Policy ISO 27001 Standard, Implement Information Security Governance. ISO/IEC 17024:2003.

• Taking part on organizational development, such as business program modification, diversion and business planning, IT related procurement and IT infrastructure development.

• Act As software Solution Manager for its Operation and ensure its security part must be non-vulnerable.

• Take part on and Administer procurement (Customizing in Material Management, Inventory Management and Physical Inventory).

• Control Master Data Configuration, Payroll Configuration and Data Base Administer of ERP.

• Redesign, Upgrade the system time to time depending on the needs and technological achievement.

• Manage and Administer hardware system and network.

• Manage functions related to installation, configuration, updating & upgrading, maintenance, Troubleshooting related to the relevant IT components under the responsibility.

• Manage data backup of all servers and websites and also update the Website.
• Manage and maintain Exchange Server.
• Taking active part in various R&D activities
• Responsible for IP routing, IP submitting and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, OSFP, STP, VLAN etc.).
• Responsible for Configuring, installing and maintaining Mikrotik (especially on Fail-over and Load-balance, Bandwidth control, EOIP, Log, Web filtering)
• Responsible for DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Web Servers, FTP Servers, MRTG, mail server etc. maintenance. Responsible for VPN and PPTP management
• Responsible to ensure internet for uninterrupted browsing and clear voice call using Skype or web base phone systems.
• Responsible for Virtual Computing, Installation, maintenance, troubleshoot, upgrade and management of Systems, Firewall, Network, LAN, Mail Server, File server, sharing, devise hardware, software, Printer, UPS, Primary IPS, Backup IPS, Wi-Fi, radio link etc. and ensures the smooth operation.
• Responsible for the maintenance of IP-DVR and Perform regular security monitoring like; Virus guard, CCTV report etc. to identify any possible intrusions.
