Duties/Responsibilities:
*Create sales opportunity and identify the target customers for various types of personal care item.
*Visit and monitor new and existing Customer in respective regions on regular basis
*Analyze market to identify gap and potential areas and plan new activities
*Define and structure the markets in the region to have proper central command to penetrate with the new brand
*Set up distributions to drive business in a respective area markets and establish leadership position in the market
*Develop strategies to penetrate different channels to reach companies higher volume and value in market
*Monitor and guide the team to develop sales and distribution channels to increase market share for the region
*Prepare bottom up sales forecast from territory ensure maintenance of deviation within the agreed level
*Follow up competitors activity and trend
*Generate regular report.
