Job Description :
1. Ensure that operational activities in PT. SMART is always comply with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), including monitoring SAP administration, procurement process, material flow, ISO implementation, and sale of used goods.
2. Stock opname, once a month. Asset opname, once a year.
3. Follow up Internal Audit Finding, ensure that if Internal Auditor come to Surabaya in the next audit assignment, Internal Auditor will not find similar finding.
4. Socialize new SOP, ensuring that Surabaya unit implement new SOP through SOP training and act as a mediator if there is feedback from Surabaya unit.
5. Monitoring business trend and propose SOP change if the current SOP is not suitable with the latest business trend.
