• Oversee the FX Asia Team ensuring that the processes are being done as per agreed Service Level Agreement.
• In charge of overall settlements and confirmation across major markets in FX Asia such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Manila, Ho Chi Min, Taipei, and Colombo.
• Has been mainly responsible for team's daily function allocation, intraday and end of day checking, and helping the team in issues handling.
• Prepares and submit reports to onshore accurately and free from errors.
• Has been considered as SME (subject matter expert) for FX settlement for Asia.
• Manage and first point of escalation for any issues within FX Asia team.
• Checks and verifies that all trade details are correct before processing.
• Confirms trade details through reliable sources like initiating phone confirmations, emails, or any other reliable confirmation systems that the bank/companies use.
