The tasks that I handled for Hanaso are : Making sure that the home base tutors are conducting their lessons smoothly without problems, Attend to online tutor's concerns regarding their service, Manage tutor's teaching schedules and ensure enough lessons are provided daily, Checking the student's lesson progress, monitoring the home base and office base tutor's overall performance, Preparing the tutor's pay slips, Aid Hanaso customer support regarding tutor concerns (lesson cancellation/transfer, contacting tutors) and Answering tutors' inquiries.

Online English Tutor (Part-time)

Aside from working as a Tutor Management Staff, sometimes I taught English to Japanese students online via Skype. Sometimes, I also join our company's university classes where I teach a university student from a university in Japan. There were times that I taught in Japanese when my student is an absolute beginner in English.

Freelance 2d Traditional and Cut-out Animator

When I was with Tycoon, I had the privilege of training under Sir Arnold Taroy, a former Disney Animatore, and I was able to animate scenes for Universal Studios' latest "Land Before Time". This was a 2d Traditional feature film. Aside from that, I animated for a show called "Vegtoons" using ToonBoom Harmony. I also worked on another Cut-out animation series, "K4CE", for an Australian client. "K4CE" challenged my Harmony skills as it aims to look 3d despite being a 2d cut-out animation. I had to manipulate the rig, sometimes even make some adjustments or add some more elements without destroying the rig

I animated scenes for the children education show that they were doing. I used flash to create Characters, Backgrounds and Assets to be used for the show. As well as, I also did some web icons they would use for their website and banners to be used for advertising their project.
