QA Manager

Spearhead training for low performers and newly endorsed agents.
Perform admin tasks, agent performance evaluation and submit quality and production reports.
Resolve escalated respondent issues. Provide significant input on resolution to client concerns, company quality standards and agent’s low performance.
Assure the quality of data gathered by monitoring and rating each survey calls, making sure none of the information gathered are falsified.
Take supervisor calls.
Train researchers become premier interviewers by conducting seminars and one-on-one coaching. Report areas to improve on as well as progress of agent and the team.
Lead and mentor QA supervisors and agents.
Gather project concerns and escalates them to the Team Manager or Project Manager
