- Main responsibilities are handling inbound calls, emails tickets & inbound chat regarding Internet connections inquiries/issues both from home-end users & business customers.
-Responsible of troubleshooting connection issues or finding faults using various tools like Zenoss, Winbox, Kayako, delivery partner portals.
-Knowledgeable in using Cambrium, Ubuntu, Cisco & Mikrotik Systems
-Knowledgeable setting up accounts in different email clients such as Outlook, Windows LiveMail, IncrediMail...
-Knowledgeable setting up networks like VOIP, VPN, PABX, Wireless Routers or modems.
-Has in-depth knowledge how networks (Internet) work.
