Supervised and handle Draftsman for Architectural Shop Drawings preparation and ensuring that all the drawings produced is on the required Quality, produced on Time and within the Budget.
Managing other professional on a Project basis (Architect, Engineer, Project Coordinator, Autocad Technician, Sub-Contractor’s and support staff) ensuring all the works is within the time frame, properly coordinated and within the budget.
Review and ensuring all Sub-contractor shop drawings is properly presented, as per IFC, specification requirements and properly coordinated with the other services.
Prepare Quantity Takeoff/BOQ for vendor packages. (Furniture, Tiles, Stone Cladding, wall paper, Paints Etc.)
Manage and ensuring all necessary Shop Drawing Submittal, Approved Drawings, As-built and RFI’s is properly organized, filed and kept for easy monitoring.
