Positon: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Employer: Genpact – Headstrong Capital Markets, Makati, Philippines
Scope of work:
a. Provide IT support for the company’s employees within the site and on offices outside the Philippines
b. Manage the company’s IT assets/inventory
c. Manage employee accounts using Active Directory
d. Software installations & Distribution of software licenses
e. Desktop/notebook imaging
f. Facilitate workstation transfers
g. Daily physical checkup of IT facilities including servers
h. Run ticketing system and assign tasks to helpdesk technicians
