As the customer’s technical contact, I have a key role during the implementation life cycle:
• Working with the clients and the project team, to determine technical requirements and specifications by participating actively in envisioning sessions to understand the customer’s business objectives and needs.
• Together with the co-consultants and technical architect, designing a solution based on Salesforce.com CRM features that best meets the requirements and processes.
• Initiating the construction of the Salesforce.com CRM solution and documenting input for the development and quality team members.
• Participating in development, providing customers with an end-to-end solution, from Salesforce.com CRM to mobile apps, web apps and integrating with other systems.
• Leading the validation (testing) and deployment (setup and migration) of the solution.

- Design and implement systems on top of Salesforce platform to support my customers, their acquisition processes, their distribution processes, their contract management systems, and other future processes.
- Use Apex trigger, Batch apex, Workflow/Approval rule... to support their processes.
- Create or improve Visualforce pages.
- Create new custom buttons or support their existing ones.
- Add/edit custom fields (including formula fields), objects and layouts.
- Training and helping people to use advanced Salesforce features, such as reports (standard and/or custom), dashboards, import/export, list views...
- Developing several apps which launched in The AppExchange such as: RingLead Unique Entry, Broadlook Data Suite... These are high performance, powerful systems help customers manage a large data set much more effective.
