-Wafer grinding knowledge includes mechanical and application.
-Experts in DISCO grinding and polishing machines 8000 series, 800 series and mounter.
-Troubleshooting skills on wafer and machine problems.
-Improving product quality and reducing processing times.
-Providing DISCO machine training to customers.
-Project planning for new tools setup and tools recovery which includes resource arrangement and coordination with different party.

-Selected as representative for innovation presentation between intercontinental regional for 3 years consecutive and won.
